Module 1:
The wide side of the mattress panel is serged continuously along the left and right edges. The working width can be adjusted quickly and easily using a hand crank.
Module 2:
A rotary blade system cuts the continuously chain-stitched material to the desired length and, if required, marks it as well.
Module 3:
The mattress panel is precisely positioned and clamped in place via a conveyor belt and a material clamp. Two transport clamps take over the mattress panel and convey it through two additional overedging sewing heads.
Module 4:
The mattress panel, serged on all four sides, is stacked onto a pallet or a material trolley.
Modules 3 and 4 can also be retrofitted behind large multi-needle machines and are compatible depending on the configuration.
The line operates fully automatically and stops in the event of material run-out or thread breakage. The required models can be easily accessed at any time via our touch terminal.
