The modified Dürkopp sewing head provides unlimited working space. This is a major advantage, especially for heavy materials that would otherwise have to be folded.
The special zipper guide and the twin-needle assembly make it possible to sew the zipper onto both mattress panels in a single operation.
Our “third hand” (puller system), which creates consistent tension and prevents unattractive waviness, ensures a high-quality finished product.
The table height is hydraulically adjustable, ensuring optimal working conditions for the operator.
