Winding machine for non-elastic synthetic textile tapes

The winding unit operates at speeds of up to 180 m/min and allows freely programmable length specifications within a roll diameter of 600 mm.
Thanks to the absolute synchronization of the winding motor and the feed motor, tension is always applied consistently and can also be adjusted as required.
For exceptionally precise dimensions, a motorized pre-feed unit is installed at the infeed to ensure low and consistent tension conditions.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

During ultrasonic washing, ultrasound with 20,000 vibrations per second acts directly on the textile materials and mechanically removes the substances to be dissolved from the fabric. The special feature of ultrasonic washing is that excess substances are removed from the material not only mechanically, but also through cavitation. The ultrasound acting on the textile materials generates periodic compression and expansion of the liquid absorbed by the material.
Due to these pressure fluctuations, microscopic cavities form within the liquid. The subsequent implosion of these gas- and vapor-filled cavitation bubbles creates extreme localized conditions. The collapsing bubbles generate shear forces that remove excess substances from the textile material at high speed.
